We’re hiring a lead business developer
Con Todo looking for someone to lead business development for our growing company. In this highly flexible role, you’ll work directly with the founder, Amelia Nardinelli, to identify new opportunities to support revenue growth. You’ll identify new leads, potential areas of growth, and strategic partners. You’ll also maintain existing relationships and accounts and manage our work flow pipeline. This is a contract position with commission-based compensation, and a flexible schedule.
You have a strong background in sales within the communications arts industry, and an understanding of social media strategy. You understand the business of design and have experience working at a creative agency or for creative solopreneurs. You’re an excellent communicator with a large, existing network that includes key decision makers at large corporations, small to mid-size businesses or startups, and cultural organizations.
Help establish business objectives
Identify areas for creative and financial growth
Generate new leads for prospective clients and creative collaborators through online communication, phone calls, and in-person networking
Maintain existing relationships and accounts to ensure quality, timing, and budget
Manage Con Todo’s work flow pipeline, including current and upcoming accounts
Provide strategy for Con Todo’s social media presence
5+ years of direct sales or business development experience
Results-oriented and able to work off site with minimal supervision and direction
Confident email and phone communication, strong organizational, analytical, and written skills with an ability to lead design briefs, answer design related questions, and most importantly to close deals
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Google Drive, DropBox, basic project management software, and social media strategy
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (bonus)
